This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies 7INNDC, LLC (“Carvex”) uses on this website, why, and how you can control them.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, keep information on your device in the same way. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of them.
2. Our approach
- By default we only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to work or that you request (such as your language).
- Optional technologies are blocked until you accept them. We apply this rule to every visitor, wherever they are.
- Rejecting is as easy as accepting: both options have the same prominence in the banner.
- Closing the banner, scrolling or continuing to browse is not consent.
- You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer or on Privacy choices.
- We honour the Global Privacy Control signal as a refusal of optional technologies.
3. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary (always on)
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| cvx_consent | Carvex (first party) | Remembers your cookie choice: a random ID, whether you accepted analytics and the date | 12 months | HTTP cookie |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Carvex (first party) | Remembers the language you chose. Set only when you use the language selector. | 12 months | HTTP cookie |
| sb-lqiptbqrkbdzvfvahahu-auth-token (may be split into .0, .1…) | Carvex, through Supabase (first party) | Keeps authorised users signed in to the private area. Not set for public visitors. | Up to 400 days, renewed while in use; deleted on sign-out | HTTP cookie |
| sb-lqiptbqrkbdzvfvahahu-auth-token-code-verifier | Carvex, through Supabase (first party) | Secures some sign-in and password-reset flows of the private area | Only for the duration of the flow | HTTP cookie |
| cvx_org | Carvex (first party) | Remembers which organization an authorised user is working in | 90 days | HTTP cookie (HttpOnly) |
| carvex-admin-theme, carvex-sidebar | Carvex (first party) | Remember display preferences you set in the private area (light/dark theme, sidebar) | Until you clear them | Local storage |
Analytics and campaign attribution (optional, off by default)
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| cvx_first_touch | Carvex (first party) | Stores the campaign parameters (UTM) and referring website of your visit so they can be attached to a form you send. Nothing is sent to third parties. | Until you close the tab or browser session; removed if you reject analytics | Session storage |
Categories we do not use
We do not use advertising or targeting cookies, social media pixels, third-party analytics services, session-recording tools, chat widgets, or embedded external media (such as video players or maps). Our fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not contact Google or other font providers. Our hosting provider does not set cookies on the public pages of this website (verified on 2026-10-15).
If we add any new tool that uses cookies, we will update this table before it goes live and ask for your consent where required.
4. How to manage your choice
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer, or the button on Privacy choices, to accept, reject or customise optional technologies at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future use and deletes the attribution data stored in your browser.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the website, such as the private area, from working.
5. Records of your choice
To be able to demonstrate consent, we keep a record of each choice made in the banner: the random ID stored in the cvx_consent cookie, the choice, the date, whether a Global Privacy Control signal was present and the page. We do not record your IP address with it. Records are deleted after 24 months, and we ask you again after 12 months or if we change the technologies we use.
