1. About this website
This website presents Carvex as a software company and venture studio. It describes our services and portfolio of applications, and lets you contact us, request access to products and submit venture opportunities. It also gives authorised users access to a private control center.
Products in our portfolio, client engagements and any venture arrangement are governed by their own separate agreements, which prevail over these terms for those matters.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful purposes, to learn about Carvex and to contact us. You must not:
- use the website in breach of any applicable law or to send unlawful, defamatory or infringing content;
- send automated or bulk form submissions, or scrape or harvest content or data at scale;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the website, or bypass security or rate limits, without our written permission;
- access or attempt to access the private area or any account without authorisation;
- upload or transmit malware or anything designed to disrupt or damage systems;
- impersonate any person or give false information in a form;
- interfere with the website's operation or other visitors' use of it.
3. Private area
The control center is only for users we or an authorised organization have invited. You must keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend access to protect the website, our users or our data. Use of the private area may also be governed by a separate agreement.

5. Venture Studio
Our Venture Studio pages describe how we may build or support selected ventures. They are informational only.
- Carvex is not an investment fund, investment adviser, broker-dealer or crowdfunding platform, and does not manage third-party money.
- Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or financial product, in any jurisdiction.
- No commitment to invest, partner, accept a founder, provide services or fund a venture arises from the content of this website or from submitting a form.
- Any investment-related discussion is subject to separate written documentation, our internal approval and independent legal review, and may be subject to securities laws that limit who can participate.
- Descriptions of ventures, models, resources and outcomes are illustrative and may change; they are not promises or forecasts.
6. Submissions of ideas and opportunities
When you send us an inquiry, idea, deck link or venture opportunity (a “Submission”):
- you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or breach any confidentiality obligation;
- please do not include confidential or proprietary information. Unless we have signed a separate non-disclosure agreement, a Submission is not treated as confidential, and no confidential, fiduciary or partnership relationship is created;
- we review many ideas and may already be developing, or later independently develop, similar concepts. Receiving a Submission does not limit our ability to do so;
- we have no obligation to respond, to evaluate your Submission in a particular way or within a set time, or to pay any compensation;
- you allow us to store and use your Submission only to evaluate it, contact you about it and keep records. Your personal data is handled under our Privacy policy.
7. Portfolio, case studies and metrics
Product pages and case descriptions reflect the status of each application on the date shown and may change without notice. We publish metrics only when they come from verified data; demonstration data is labelled as such. Results described for one product or client are not a guarantee of results for another. Access to any product is governed by that product's own terms.
8. Intellectual property
The website's text, design, graphics, software and the Carvex name and logo are owned by 7INNDC, LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish or create derivative works from them, or use our name or logo, without our prior written permission.
Third-party names, marks and logos shown on the website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those products or companies. Their use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless stated. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License and icons under their open-source licences.
9. Links and third-party content
The website may link to third-party websites, such as our LinkedIn page or websites you share with us. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, 7INNDC, LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
12. Indemnity
If you use the website on behalf of a business, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless 7INNDC, LLC from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the website, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the State and federal courts located in New Mexico, USA (county: XXX).
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in its courts.
15. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy policy, Cookie policy and Legal notice, are the entire agreement between you and us about the website. You may not assign your rights under them; we may assign ours to a successor.
