Sale and sharing of personal information
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is therefore no sale or sharing to opt out of. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of optional technologies.
Marketing communications
We do not currently send newsletters or marketing emails, and our forms never subscribe you to marketing. If this changes, it will require your separate opt-in.
Exercise your rights
To access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, or ask any privacy question, email contact@carvexvs.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Please include:
- your name and the email address you used with us;
- what you are asking for (for example, a copy or the deletion of your data);
- if you act for someone else, proof that you are authorised to do so.
We may ask for more information to verify your identity before acting. We reply within one month (EEA/Spain) or 45 days (California), extendable where the law allows. Exercising your rights is free and will not affect how we treat you.
